    Based on 11 responses, the top 5 topics so far: (1) Behavioural support/de-escalation strategies; (2) Customer Policies/Best Practices; (3) Demand vs Budget - System Sustainability; (4) AODA Integrated Standards/Updates; (5) On-Demand Transit KPI's

  5. Plan for OTE sessions - Executive to review any abstracts specific to spec transit, on-demand and commingling

  6. Round Table Topics
