Denso is proud to be presenting to you our latest, Plasmacluster technology, developed for transit vehicles. The product is made and patented in partnership with Sharp. Patent: JP3680121B2
The plasmacluster technology is capable of:
- Suppressing activity of airborne viruses
- Suppressing adhering viruses
- Eliminates airborne mold
- Suppressing proliferation of adhering mold
- Suppressing activity of airborne bacteria
- Suppressing effects of airborne allergens
- Eliminates odors
- Reduces static electricity
This amazing technology creates hydrogen H+ and oxygen O2- using plasma discharge and electric pulses. By creating a concentration of 25,000 ions/cc, we’re able to actively fill and clean bus interior and suppress viruses. When the ions come in contact with the virus they create a powerful oxidizing agent called hydroxyl OH, which steals a hydrogen H from the spike protein of the virus, reducing the risk for human infection. With the structure of viruses being the same, this product will continue to be a strong tool, used to protect against future pandemics.
The Plasmacluster ions are simply replicating those found in nature. Around waterfalls and in forests there are high concentrations of positive and negative ions, causing the “fresh air” feeling found in these locations.
Installation of Denso's in-duct system will actively suppress virus and will help restore public confidence in returning to transit systems, while suppressing the spread of future pandemics.
