2. On-Board Cameras: Policies and Legislation
   Privacy lawyer Kirsten Thompson, and labour lawyer Russell Groves, both from Dentons, will team up to present on the current state of the law with respect to the collection and use of on-board video surveillance by transit employers. The discussion will cover an overview of the privacy legislation applicable to the collection and use of video surveillance of bus operators and other employees; how this law has been applied by labour arbitrators; suggestions for collective agreement language; jurisdictional issues; and future trends such as the application of AI.
