1. Introduction to incoming Chair Ryan Booth and Past Chair Maurice Rozon

2. Revamping Committee Terms of Reference - All OPTA Committees to be consistent
   - Soliciting Volunteers for two (2) Transit System Vice Chair positions
   - Invite input into the new transit system Vice Chair positions - how to best distinguish between the two positions (fleet vs facilities?; ICE vs ZEB?)

3. Invite input to the term of the Business Member Vice Chair position - 1 year or 2 year terms
   - Election of Business Member Vice Chair at Business Members meeting on March 13th

4. Review topics planned for OTE
   - Maintenance Committee meeting on Tuesday and Wednesday

5. Review post-OTE plans:
   (1) Frequency of virtual meetings;
   (2) location and timing for Fall Maintenance Committee meeting
