    Tom has over 40 years of experience in the Canadian transit industry, primarily with Orion Bus and MTB Transit Solutions, where he held key management roles in operations and sales. Throughout his career, he has been a strong advocate for public transit and a valuable resource for transit authorities and vendors alike. Tom is currently serving as a member of the OPTA board of directors.
  • Dave Partington, Dave Partington Transit Consulting
    With over 45 years of transit fleet maintenance and facilities experience at TTC, YRT, and TOK Group, Dave is a proven leader with extensive hands-on knowledge. He has managed multi-million dollar budgets, led the operational design of award-winning facilities, and championed innovative technologies, including electric buses and solar-powered solutions. At TOK, he spearheads electric bus integration, including leading the replacement of the Billy Bishop Airport Shuttle fleet. Dave has also collaborated extensively with consulting firms like WSP and Dillon on various projects.
